Frances H Watson, daughter of Thomas Watson and Rebecca ___, was born in St Martin's, Colchester, EssexG, about 1832.1 She married in Marylebone, MiddlesexG, in 1860, George Palmer, son of Elias Palmer and Frances Clements.2
