Liness C Sackett, son of Charles D "Charley" Sacket and Maggie ___, was born in MinnesotaG in January 1869. He died aged about 78 in Inver Grove Township, Dakota County, MinnesotaG, in 1947 and was buried at Union Cemetery, Inver Grove HeightsG.1 He married in about 1895, Catherine ___.2 Catherine was born in Bohemia, AustriaG, in June 18732 and immigrated to America in 1882.2 She died aged about 79 in Inver Grove TownshipG in 1957 and was buried at Union Cemetery, Inver Grove HeightsG.1
In 1880 Liness was living in Inver Grove Township, Dakota County, MinnesotaG, in the household of his parents Charles and Margret, and was recorded in the census as Carlinas Sackett, aged 11 and born in Minnesota.3
In 1900 he was living in Inver Grove Township, Dakota County, MinnesotaG, in the household of his parents Charley and Maggie, and was recorded as Liness Sacket, aged 31 and born in Minnesota. Living with him were his wife Kather, 26, and their children, Harriet, 2, and Evaline, aged one.4
In 1910 he was living in Inver Grove Township, Dakota County, MinnesotaG, and was recorded as Liness Sackett, a laborer, head of household, aged 41 and born in Minnesota. He owned his home free of mortgage. Living with him were his wife Katherine, 36, and their children, Harriet, 12, Eveline, 11, Clarance, 9, Hazel, 5, and Ethel, aged three. Liness's widowed father Charles, 65, was living with them.5
