Dr Howard Treat Sackett, son of Deacon Hiram Akins Sackett and Eliza Anna Treat, was born in Tallmadge, Summit County, OhioG, on 13 June 1851.1 He died aged 61 in Fond du Lac, WisconsinG, on 7 October 1912.1 He married at Fond du LacG on 27 April 1882, Harriet Brown, daughter of Edwin A Brown and Ruth ___.1 Harriet was born in WisconsinG in October 18601 and died aged 83 in Fond du LacG on 9 December 1943.1
In 1860 Howard was living in TallmadgeG in the household of his parents Hiram and Eliza, and was recorded in the census as Howard Sackett, aged nine and born in Ohio.2
In 1900 Howard was living at Sheboygan Street, Fond du Lac, WisconsinG, and was recorded in the census as Howard T Sackett, a dentist, head of household, aged 46. He owned his home freehold. Living with him were his wife Hattie, 39, and their children, Edwin, 16, Arthur, 13, and Ruth, aged one. The son Arthur was also enumerated in the household of his uncle Charles Sackett in Tallmadge, Ohio.3
