Arthur James Sackett, son of Dr Howard Treat Sackett and Harriet Brown, was born in Fond du Lac, WisconsinG, on 9 January 1886.1 He died aged 27 in Washington, DCG, on 17 June 1913.1
     In 1900 Arthur was living at Sheboygan Street, Fond du Lac, WisconsinG, in the household of his parents Howard and Hattie, and was recorded in the census as Arthur J Sackett, aged 13 and born in Wisconsin.2 Arthur was also enumerated in 1900 in the household of his uncle Charles Sackett in Tallmadge, Ohio, presumably on a visit, and was listed as Arthur Sackett, aged twelve and born in Wisconsin.3
