Edwin Hiram Sackett, son of Dr Howard Treat Sackett and Harriet Brown, was born in Fond du Lac, WisconsinG, on 13 June 1883.1,2 He died aged 94 in Billings, Yellowstone County, MontanaG, in March 1978.3 He married Florence Richtman.
In 1900 Edwin was living at Sheboygan Street, Fond du Lac, WisconsinG, in the household of his parents Howard and Hattie, and was recorded in the census as Edwin H Sackett, aged 16 and born in Wisconsin.4
Edwin completed a World War I draft registration card on 12 September 1918. He was aged 35 and was the city clerk for the city of Billings. He was living at 1123 North 31st Street, BillingsG, with his wife Florence.5
