"To the Surrogate of the County of Ontario
The petition of Zelotus Sackett of the town of Naples in said county sheweth That Joseph Sackett late of the town of Naples in the county of Ontario deceased departed this life at the said Town on or about the Seventeenth day of January A.D. 1842 without leaving any last will & Testament within the knowledge information or belief of the said petitioner and without leaving any widow hier surviving & leaving him surviving the said petitioner & others his children and leaving personal property in the said county not exceecing in the whole in value the sum of two hundred & fifty dollars. Your petitioner therefore prays that adminstration may be granted to the said petitioner & Otis Fuller of the said town of Naples of the goods chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased.

"ADMINISTRATORS SALE. -- Persuant to an order of George R. Parburt, Surrogate of Ontarion county, the subscribers will, on the 5th day of June next, at ten o'clock A. M, at the Inn of A. H. Nichols, in the town of Naples, sell at Public Vendue the following described lands and tenements, to wit: The premises of the late Joseph Sackett, deceased, in the said town of Naples, Ontario county, being a part of Lot No. 3 in the 9th Range in the said town of Naples, and bounded on the east by the east line of said Lot; on the south by a Highway; on the west by lands of Joseph Allen and on the north by lands of Lewis Wilson, containing about thirty acres with dwelling house and barn thereon. The said lands will be sold for cash subject to a judgement against the same in favor of Otis Fuller of about thirty dollars.
