Electa Sacket, daughter of Ezra Sacket and Lydia Lovering, was born in Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, on 5 August 1788.1,2 She died there aged 72 on 1 February 18611,2 and was buried at Pine Hill Cemetery, WestfieldG.3 She married at the First Church, Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, on 31 July 1806, Charles C Dewey, son of Timothy Dewey and Asenath Sexton.1,2,4,5,6,7 Charles was born in WestfieldG on 22 April 1784.2 He died there aged 87 on 25 November 18712 and was buried at Pine Hill CemeteryG.3
     Electa was named as a beneficiary in her father's will made in WestfieldG on 1 March 1834. She was to receive a sum of $1.8
     In 1850 Electa was living in WestfieldG in the household of her husband Charles Dewey, 60, a farmer, and was recorded in the census as Electa Dewy, aged 62 and born in Massachusetts. Living with them were their children, Thomas, 23, Gay, 18, and Mary, 21.9 [31?]
