William Sackett, of St John in Thanet, Kent, son of Thomas Sackett and Elizabeth Nuby, was baptized at Birchington, Kent^G, on 28 April 1717.¹ He died aged 87 at St John in Thanet^G on 24 March 1805 and was buried there on 30 March 1805.^2,3 He married at St John in Thanet^G on 7 October 1745, Elizabeth Dawson.⁴ She died aged about 62 on 24 May 1784 and was buried at St John in Thanet^G on 1 June 1784.^3,5
