John Alling, son of Samuel Alling and Sarah Sackett, was born in New Haven, ConnecticutG, on 20 January 1697/98 and baptized at First Congregational Society, New HavenG, in January 1697/98.1 He died aged about 48 in about 1746.1 He married in New HavenG on 26 December 1723, Patience Mix, daughter of Caleb Mix and Mary Bradley.1 Patience was born in New HavenG on 23 March 1699/0.1 She died aged 86 in New HavenG on 23 May 1786.1
