Julianne Sackett, daughter of Paul Frank Sackett and Elise M Meyer, was born in Atlanta, Fulton County, GeorgiaG, on 26 January 1923.1 She died aged 67 in Cornelia, Habersham County, GeorgiaG, on 28 October 1990 and was buried at Floyd Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Spartanburg, South CarolinaG.1 She married Solon Douglas Scruggs.1 Solon was born in Cherokee County, South CarolinaG, on 17 July 1921.1 He died aged 64 in SpartanburgG on 22 December 1985 and was buried at Floyd Greenlawn Memorial GardensG.1
     In 1930 Julianne was living at Pettigru Street, Greenville, South CarolinaG, in the household of her parents Paul and Elise, and was recorded in the census as Julia Anne Sackett, aged seven and born in Georgia.2
