Milton H Sackett, son of Guy Sackett and Sarah Dunkan, was born in PennsylvaniaG on 6 August 1810.1,2 He died aged 82 on 8 November 18921 and was buried in the Cheshire Cemetery, Berlin, Delaware County, OhioG.1 He married about 1834, Anna Sherwood. Anna was born in OhioG on 1 October 1813.3 She died on 1 June 19043 and was buried in the Cheshire CemeteryG.3
     Milton was listed in the 1840 census as a householder in Berlin, Delaware County, OhioG.4
     In 1850 Milton was living in Berlin, Delaware County, OhioG, and was recorded in the census as Milton H Sackett, a farmer, aged 40 and born in Pennsylvania. Living with him were his wife Anna, 34, and their children, Harriet, 15, Guy, 10, Nancy, 8, and Alfred, aged six.5
     In 1880 he was living in Berkshire, Delaware County, OhioG, and was recorded as Milton H Sackett, a farmer, head of household, married, aged 69 and born in Pennsylvania. Living with him were his wife Anna E, aged 68, son and daughter-in-law, Guy and Liza (both aged 40), and their children, Mary, 19, Anna, 16, Hattie, 13, Charles, 10, and Gertrude, aged seven. Also in the household was a 25-year-old farmer, Jacob Meeks.6
