Clifford Woodruff Sackett, son of John LeRoy Sackett and Violet Higley, was born in Brigham City, Box Elder County, UtahG, on 27 February 1907.1 He died aged 63 in Ogden, Weber County, UtahG, on 21 March 1970 and was buried at Aultorest Memorial Park, OgdenG.2 He married in OgdenG on 24 December 1929, Effie McKay, daughter of Angus William McKay and Christina Wangsgard.3 Effie was born in Willard, Box Elder CountyG, on 17 June 1913. She died aged 94 in OgdenG on 4 July 2007 and was buried at Aultorest Memorial ParkG.2
In 1910 Clifford was living at 2nd East 1st North, Brigham City, Box Elder County, UtahG, in the household of his mother Violet, and was recorded in the census as Clifford Sackett, aged three and born in Utah.4
In 1920 he was living at 1st West Street, Box ElderG, in the household of his parents John and Violet, and was recorded as Clifford W Sackett, aged twelve.5
Clifford completed a World War II draft registration card in 1940. He was aged 33 and was self-employed. He was living in OgdenG with his wife Effie.6
