Lucy Sacket, daughter of Zebulon Sacket and Lucy Root, was born in Sheffield, Berkshire County, MassachusettsG, on 29 March 1775.1 She died aged 76 at her son Frederick's home in Schenectady, Albany County, New York StateG, on 29 May 1851.2 She married on 9 May 1795, Captain Amos Mudge, her stepbrother, son of Jarvis Mudge and Prudence Treat.3 Amos was born in New Lebanon, Columbia County, New York StateG, on 12 October 1770.3 He died aged 45 in Broadalbin, Fulton County, New York StateG, on 26 June 1816.3
     Widow Lucy Mudge was listed in the 1820 census as a householder in BroadalbinG.4
     In 1850 Lucy was living in Schenectady, Albany County, New York StateG, in the household of her son Frederick, and was recorded in the census as Lucy Mudge, aged 75.5
