Gladys O Sackett, daughter of William Burdette Sackett and Marie Degenhardt, was born in Mendota, LaSalle County, IllinoisG, on 26 October 1899.1 She died aged 78 in November 1977 and was buried at Lincoln Memorial Park, Oswego, Kendall County, IllinoisG.1 She married first in about 1916, Harold Rex Stephens.2 She married second in about 1938, George Andrews.
In 1900 Gladys was living at Ninth Avenue, MendotaG, in the household of her parents William and Marie, and was recorded in the census as Gladys O Sackett, aged eight months and born in Illinois.3
In 1910 she was living at North 2nd Avenue, MendotaG, and was recorded as Gladys O Sackett, aged ten and born in Illinois. She was living with her widowed father William in the household of William's parents, Norman and Olive.4
