    Hist. of Pittsfield II-5, map 18, locates him at no. 5 West Street.
    His obituary in the Sun, copied from Ohio, says he died at the residence of his son Azariah Jr, also that he was ae 91, born in Pittsfield, was in Revolutionary War and saw execution of Andre.
    He removed to Ohio in 1804, and commanded a regiment in the War of 1812.
