Edward Sackett, son of Lieutenant Abner Sacket and Rhoda Kellogg, was born in Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, in June 1788.1,2 He died aged 47 in West Springfield, Hampden CountyG, on 16 April 1836 and was buried at the Meeting House Hill (Church Hill) Cemetery, West SpringfieldG.3 He married in West SpringfieldG on 16 July 1810, Sarah "Sally" Eldridge, daughter of Mulford Eldridge and Sarah Derby.1,4 Sarah was born in West SpringfieldG on 25 October 1793.5 She died there on 31 March 1888 and was buried at the Meeting House Hill (Church Hill) Cemetery, West SpringfieldG.5
