Abigail Sacket, daughter of Benjamin Sacket and Thankful King, was born in Sheffield, Berkshire County, MassachusettsG, in about 1746.1,2,3 She died in Burlington, Chittenden County, VermontG, in March 1831 and was buried at Greenmount Cemetery, BurlingtonG.4 She married in about 1765, Joshua Stanton, son of Elijah Stanton. Joshua was born in Preston, New London County, ConnecticutG, in 1740.4 He died in Chittenden CountyG on 27 January 1811 and was buried at Greenmount Cemetery, BurlingtonG.4
