Sackett, Elmer James — W.W.II Veteran, surrounded by his family at Malton Village Nursing Home in Mississauga on Monday, May 9th, 2005 at the age of 89 years, Elmer, loving brother of Helen and her late husband Arthur Jickels and cherished uncle of Jim Jickels and his wife Lise and great-uncle of Jessica. He will be missed by his good friends John and Joan Fontaine, Joe Posner, and James Mangubat. The family will receive friends at the Scott Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel", 289 Main St. N., 905-451-1100, on Thursday, May 12th, 2005 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by Funeral Service in the Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Cremation. Loving grandmother of Jessica Erin and the late Hope Marie. Dear sister of the late Elmer Sackett. Helen will be lovingly remembered by all of her family and friends including Wina Hartman and especially her adopted grandchildren. Resting at the Newediuk Funeral Home, Kipling Chapel, 2104 Kipling Ave. (north of Rexdale Blvd.), from Sunday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Service in the Chapel Monday at 11:00 a.m. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery.

Hartman), Orton, Ontario and James Leslie Jickels, Toronto, dear son of Mrs. Ethel Abercrombie, Peterborough. Resting at the Hallowell Funeral Home, 2793 Danforth Ave (Dawes Road), from 5 p m. Monday. Service in the chapel Wednesday morning 11 a m. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery. In lieu of floral tributes, donations may be sent to the Canadian Heart Fund.
