Cynthia A Sackett, daughter of Noble Sackett and Rooxbe Jacobs, was born in Barnstead, Belknap County, New Hampshire^G, in March 1858.¹ She died there in infancy on 28 June 1858² and was buried at Pine Grove Cemetery, Gilmanton, Belknap County^G.³

Hiram M Sackett, a peddler, son of Noble Sackett and Rooxbe Jacobs, was born in Barnstead, Belknap County, New Hampshire^G, in 1850.^1,2 He died there aged 37 on 22 February 1887³ and was buried at Floral Park Cemetery, Pittsfield, Merrimack County, New Hampshire^G.⁴ On the application of Mrs M H Sackett, his body was disinterred in 1925 and re-buried at Barnstead^G.⁴ He married May H Straw, daughter of Thomas Salter Straw and Louisa Ann Hill. May was born on 14 October 1857.⁵ She died aged 91 on 22 October 1948 and was buried at Riverview Cemetery, Barnstead^G.⁶
