Sarah S Sackett, daughter of Charles Sackett and Saloma "Sally" Bascom, was born in Bergen, Genesee County, New York State^G, on 18 October 1837.¹ She died aged 83 in Mason, Ingham County, Michigan^G, on 4 June 1921.¹ She married on 23 December 1857, Henry Phillips.¹ Henry was born in Bergen^G on 3 November 1833.² He died aged 69 on 15 February 1903.¹
     In 1850 Sarah was living in Bergen^G in the household of her parents Charles and Sally, and was recorded in the census as Sarah Sackett, aged twelve and born in New York.³

George W Sackett, son of Edmund Sackett and Perscilla Watson, was born in Genesee County, New York State^G, on 17 April 1856. He died in 1938 and was buried at Mount Rest Cemetery, Bergen, Genesee County^G. He married on 4 February 1886, Mary E Field.¹
     In 1860 George was living in Bergen^G and was recorded in the census as George W Sackett, aged four and born in New York. He was living with his parents Edmund and Percilla in the household of Edmund's parents Charles and Saloma Sackett.²

Burt Alonzo Sackett, son of Edmund Sackett and Perscilla Watson, was born on 25 August 1866.² He died on 16 September 1944. He was buried at Mt Rest Cemetery, Bergen, Genesee County, New York State^G. He married first on 28 November 1890, Jennie Collins.³ He married second on 17 August 1904, Mary E Clark Vincent, (1882-1941.)⁴
     In 1910 Burt was living at Rochester Street, Bergen, Genesee County, New York State^G, and was recorded in the census as Burt A Sackett, inspector of crops in a canning factory, head of household, married, aged 41 and born in New York. He owned his home free of mortgage. Living with him were his second wife Mary, 26, his children, Irving D, 15, and Dewey, 13, by his first marriage, his and Mary's son Burton, aged three months, and Mary's son Charles Vincent, aged nine.⁵
     In 1920 he was living at Rochester Street, Bergen^G, and was recorded as Burt Sackett, a laborer in a canning factory, head of household, aged 52 and born in New York. He owned his home free of mortgage. Living with him were his wife Mary, 37, and their children, Burton, 9, Clark, 7, Homer, 5, Ira, 4, and Hilda, aged three.⁶
     In 1930 he was living at Rochester Street, Bergen^G, and was recorded as Bert A Sackett, a canning factory worker, head of household, aged 63. He owned his home. Living with him were his wife Mary, 47, and their children, Burton, 20, Clark, 17, Homer, 16, Ira, 14, Hilda, 13, Edmund, 9, Jennie, 7, Dewey, 6, and Ralph, aged four.⁷

Clarissa L Sackett, daughter of Elisha Shepard Sackett and Maranda Hall, was born in Ohio^G about 1844.¹
     In 1850 Clarissa was living in Rockton, Winnebago County, Illinois^G, in the household of her parents Elisha and Maranda, and was recorded in the census as Clarissa Sackett, aged six and born in Ohio.²
     In 1860 she was living in Monroe, Green County, Wisconsin^G, in the household of her father Elisha and stepmother Clorinda, and was recorded as Clar Sackett, aged 16.³

Michael P Sackett, son of Elisha Shepard Sackett and Maranda Hall, was born in Illinois^G on 22 September 1846.¹ He died aged 34 in Darien, Walworth County, Wisconsin^G, on 27 September 1880¹ and was buried at Mt Philip Cemetery, Allen's Grove, Walworth County^G.¹
     In 1850 Michael was living in Rockton, Winnebago County, Illinois^G, in the household of his parents Elisha and Miranda, and was recorded in the census as Michael Sackett, aged four and born in Illinois.²
     In 1860 he was living in Monroe, Green County, Wisconsin^G, in the household of his father Elisha and stepmother Clorinda, and was recorded as Mich Sackett, aged 14.³
     In 1880 he was living in Calmar, Winneshiek County, Iowa^G, in the household of Mary Ferguson, and was recorded as Mike P Sackett, a liveryman, single, aged 33.⁴

Cassius Marcellus Sackett, son of Elisha Shepard Sackett and Maranda Hall, was born in Illinois^G on 19 November 1849.^1,2 He died aged 85 in Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska^G, on 7 April 1935 and was buried at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Lincoln^G.³ He married Mary Etta Stower. Mary was born on 30 August 1863.² She died aged 98 in Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska^G, on 4 November 1961 and was buried at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Lincoln^G.^2,3
