Luigi Sackett, son of Salvatore Seghetti/Sackett and Annunziata "Nancy" Leone, was born in PennsylvaniaG on 6 September 1919.1 He died in infancy, the result of an accident, in Menallen, Fayette County, PennsylvaniaG, on 23 June 1922.2
     In 1920 Luigi was living at New Salem Road, MenallenG, in the household of his parents Sam [Salvatore] and Rosy [Annunziata], and was recorded in the census as Louie Sackett, aged three months and born in Pennsylvania.3
