Andrew Phillips, son of Aaron Phillips and Susannah Sackett, was born in PennsylvaniaG on 11 December 1812.1 He died aged 72 in Fleetville, Lackawanna County, PennsylvaniaG, on 17 October 1885.1 He married in about 1838, Betsey Reynolds, daughter of Daniel Reynolds and Mercy Hall.1 Betsey was born on 17 June 1817.1 She died aged 78 in FleetvilleG on 23 May 1896.1
