Calvin Kent Sackett, of Harrisonville, Missouri, Vietnam War veteran, son of Edgar Harris "Ned" Sackett and Darleen Elaine Petersen, was born in Douglas County, NebraskaG, on 1 December 1946.1 He died aged 76 on 20 December 2022.2

Calvin Sackett, of Harrisonville, Mo., originally from Blair, died Dec. 20, 2022. Viet Nam veteran. Calvin was especially fond of animals and his pet boxer Lucy. He is survived by daughters Kristy (Phil) Horn, Herman, Hollie (Dave) Rosser, son Nathan Sackett, Omaha, six grandchildren, one great, Uncle Richard and Aunt Mary Lou Petersen, Herman, Aunt Janice Johnson, Mesa, Arizona, nieces, many cousins and special friends Chuck Chase and Roger Rybin. Preceded by mother Darleen Sackett, sister Jane Eppley and Julia Petersen.
