Charles M Sackett, son of Claude Charles Sackett and Ruth Agnes Shanafelt, was born in Tallmadge, Summit County, OhioG, on 12 December 1919.1 He died aged 85 in Renaissance Village, Fort Wayne, Allen County, IndianaG, on 2 November 2005 and was buried at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort WayneG.2 He married Ruth McDonald.
     In 1920 Charles was living in TallmadgeG in the household of his parents Claude and Ruth, and was recorded in the census as Chales Sackett [sic], aged one month.3
     In 1930 he was living at North East Road, TallmadgeG, in the household of his parents Claude and Ruth, and was recorded as Charles M Sackett, aged ten.4
