Laura A Sackett, daughter of Hugh Rosboro Sackett and Anna N Vance, was born in PennsylvaniaG in January 1888.1 She married on 12 February 1907, Dr Arthur Raymond Kramer, son of Dr Arthur Meigs Kramer and Emma Hager. Arthur was born in Greensboro, Greene County, PennsylvaniaG, on 11 March 1881.2
     In 1900 Laura was living in Springhill, Fayette CountyG, in the household of her parents Hugh and Anna, and was recorded in the census as Laura Sackett, aged twelve and born in Pennsylvania.3
