Herbert Tennison Perkins, son of Herbert Mottram Perkins and Ada Sackett, was born in Elstree, HertfordshireG, on 3 September 1907.1,2,3 He died aged 83 in Waltham Forest, LondonG, on 1 August 1991.4,5
     In 1911 Herbert was living at 91 Carleton Road, Orsett, EssexG, in the household of his parents Herbert and Ada, and was recorded in the census as Herbert Tennison Perkins, aged three and born in Elstree, Hertfordshire.6
     Herbert left a will which was proved in London on 11 November 1991. His estate was valued at a sum not exceeding £125,000.7
