Herbert Tennison Perkins, son of Herbert Mottram Perkins and Ada Sackett, was born in Elstree, HertfordshireG, on 3 September 1907.1,2,3 He died aged 83 in Waltham Forest, LondonG, on 1 August 1991.4,5
     In 1911 Herbert was living at 91 Carleton Road, Orsett, EssexG, in the household of his parents Herbert and Ada, and was recorded in the census as Herbert Tennison Perkins, aged three and born in Elstree, Hertfordshire.6
     In 1921 he was living at 21 Camden Square, St Pancras, LondonG, in the household of his parents Herbert and Ada, and was recorded as Herbert Tennison Perkins, aged 13.7
     Herbert left a will which was proved in London on 11 November 1991. His estate was valued at a sum not exceeding £125,000.8
