Josephine Pogue, daughter of Alexander Pogue and Sarah Ann Curley, was born in OhioG in about 1860.1 She married in Crawford County, IllinoisG, on 9 October 1879, May Burner, son of Harry Burner and Mary Eaton.2
     In 1870 Josephine was living in Brown, Miami CountyG, in the household of her father Alexander and stepmother Samantha, and was recorded in the census as Josephine Pogue, aged nine and born in Ohio.3
