Sherman Sackett, son of Daniel L Sackett and Ann Jane Hanna, was born in Dexter, Washtenaw County, MichiganG, in about 1865.1 He married at Ann Arbor, Washtenaw CountyG, on 29 October 1892, Flora Wendhausen.1
     In 1870 Sherman was living in Dexter, Washtenaw County, MichiganG, in the household of his parents Daniel and Ann, and was recorded in the census as Sherman Sackett, aged five and born in Michigan.2
     In 1880 Sherman was living in DexterG in the household of his parents Daniel and Ann, and was recorded in the census as Sherman Sackett, aged 13.3
