Emma P McPhail, daughter of Charles McPhail and Geneva Sackett, was born in OklahomaG on 19 March 1910.1,2 She died in childhood on 11 September 1913 and was buried at Ingalls Cemetery, Payne County, OklahomaG.3
     In 1910 Emma was living in Cimarron TownshipG in the household of her parents Charles and Geneva, and was recorded in the census as Emma P McPhail, aged one month and born in Oklahoma.4
