Wesley N Sackett, son of James W Sackett and Nancy Beers, was born in New York StateG on 24 September 1847.1,2 He died aged 16 on 11 March 1864.1
     In 1850 Wesley was living in Lumberland, Sullivan County, New York StateG, in the household of his parents James and Nancy, and was recorded in the census as W N Sacket, aged three and born in New York.3
     In 1860 he was living in LumberlandG in the household of his mother Nancy, and was recorded as Westly Sacket, a laborer, aged 22 (he was actually 13.)4
