Ruth Ann Sackett, daughter of Leroy Sylvester Sackett and Lillian Quinn, was born in Natrona Heights, Allegheny CountyG, on 13 June 1921.1 She died aged 79 on 1 April 2001.1 She married first before August 1942, ___ Koedel.1 She married second in Allegheny County, PennsylvaniaG, on 6 September 1949, George Pogan, son of Tom Pogan and Sarah Grasha.2
