Lucy Melissa Sackett, daughter of Deacon Hiram Akins Sackett and Eliza Anna Treat, was born in Tallmadge, Summit County, OhioG, on 31 July 1849.1,2 She died there aged 67 on 23 May 1917 and was buried at Tallmadge CemeteryG.2 She married in TallmadgeG on 4 February 1885, Francis Drake Alling, son of Jonathan Alling and Hettie Marie Clark.1,2 Francis was born in Vienna, Trumbull County, OhioG, on 26 September 1829.2 He died aged 86 in TallmadgeG on 15 October 1915 and was buried at Tallmadge CemeteryG.2
In 1850 Lucy was living in TallmadgeG in the household of her parents Hiram and Eliza, and was recorded in the census as Lucy M Sackett, aged two months and born in Ohio.3
In 1860 she was living in TallmadgeG in the household of her parents Hiram and Eliza, and was recorded as Lucy Sackett, aged eleven.4
In 1870 she was living in TallmadgeG in the household of her parents Hiram and Eliza, and was recorded as Lucy A Sacket, aged 20.5
In 1850 Lucy was living in TallmadgeG in the household of her parents Hiram and Eliza, and was recorded in the census as Lucy M Sackett, aged two months and born in Ohio.3
In 1860 she was living in TallmadgeG in the household of her parents Hiram and Eliza, and was recorded as Lucy Sackett, aged eleven.4
In 1870 she was living in TallmadgeG in the household of her parents Hiram and Eliza, and was recorded as Lucy A Sacket, aged 20.5
