Minnie Jane Speers, daughter of James B Speers and Lydia Jane Sackett, was born in Mound, Hennepin County, MinnesotaG, on 14 December 1890.1 She died aged 87 in Gregory County, South DakotaG, in August 1978.1
     In 1900 Minnie was living in Mound, Rock County, MinnesotaG, in the household of her parents James and Lydia, and was recorded in the census as Minnie Speers, at school, aged nine and born in Minnesota.2
