Leodah Olive Sackett, daughter of Elijah Gibson Sackett and Elizabeth Jane "Jennie" Murphy, was born in OklahomaG on 2 May 1904.1,2,3 She died aged 35 on 11 August 19391 and was buried at Washingon Cemetery, Washington County, KansasG.3 She married about 1925, Frank Ruel Molby.2 Frank was born in KansasG on 3 April 19001 and died aged 61 in Lecompton, Douglas County, KansasG, on 17 February 1962.1
In 1910 Leodah was living in Washington, KansasG, in the household of her parents Elijah and Elizabeth, and was recorded in the census as Leodah O Sackett, aged five and born in Oklahoma.4
In 1920 she was living at North B Street, Washington, KansasG, in the household of her parents Elijah and Elizabeth, and was recorded as Leota Sackett, aged 15.5
In 1930 she was living in Kimeo, Washington County, KansasG, in the household of her husband Frank Molby, 29, a farmer, and was recorded as Leodah O Molby, aged 25. Living with them was their son, Robert, aged one month.6
