Marvin Clifford Sackett, son of Blair B Sackett and Vera Viola Oshell, was born in Clearfield County, PennsylvaniaG, on 20 June 1907.1 He was registered at birth in his mother's surname Oshell and, following her marriage to Sutton Berlin Williams, was known by the name Williams.
In 1910 Marvin was living in Irvona, Clearfield County, PennsylvaniaG, and was recorded in the census as Marvin Sackett, aged three and born in Pennsylvania. He was living with his mother Vera in the household of Vera's parents, Levi and Ellen Oshell.2
In 1920 he was living in Coalport, Clearfield County, PennsylvaniaG, in the household of his step/adoptive father Sutton Williams and mother Vera, and was recorded as Marvin C Williams, aged twelve.3
In 1910 Marvin was living in Irvona, Clearfield County, PennsylvaniaG, and was recorded in the census as Marvin Sackett, aged three and born in Pennsylvania. He was living with his mother Vera in the household of Vera's parents, Levi and Ellen Oshell.2
