John Sakett, of St Peter in Thanet, Kent, son of John Sakett, was born presumably in the mid-1400s. He married Jone ___.
     John was named in his father's will made at St Peter in Thanet in 1479.1
     John made his will at St Peter in Thanet in 1494/95. He left his tenement and lands to his wife Jone during her lifetime, after which the estate was to go to Simon Calver and his wife Elene. One of John's feoffees (with Edward Lyderers and Stephen Calver) was Robert Sakett of St Peter in Thanet.2
