Mildred Sackett, daughter of Lyman Belcher Sackett and Caroline Lydia Aldridge, was born in Lucknow, Oudh, Bengal, IndiaG, on 10 March 1881 and baptized at Christ Church, LucknowG, on 1 May 1881.1 She married at the Wesleyan Church, Benares, Uttar Pradesh, IndiaG, on 12 October 1896, Webster Charles Freese, a railway guard, son of Charles Freese.2

Witnesses: L B Sackett*, E A Freese. By Arthur Parker, Minister."
    *The witness's signature looks like "L B Sackett", suggesting this would have been Mildred's father, Lyman Belcher Sackett. However, Lyman's wife Caroline Lydia died a widow in 1894.
