Eugene Sackett Cornelius, son of Henry E Cornelius and Nina S Wilbur, was born in Bangall, Dutchess County, New York StateG, on 14 October 1906.1,2,3 He died aged 86 in Lakeland, Polk County, FloridaG, on 28 August 19934,5,3 and was buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Pine Plains, Dutchess County, New York StateG.6 He married in Hyde Park, Dutchess CountyG, on 11 November 1928, Helena E Wheeler.3 Helena was born on 5 July 19106 and died aged 85 in Port St Lucie, St Lucie County, FloridaG, on 15 August 1995.6
     In 1910 Eugene was living in Stanford, Dutchess County, New York StateG, in the household of his parents Henry and Nina, and was recorded in the census as Eugene S Cornelius, aged three and born in New York.7
