Charlotte Cook, daughter of John Cook and Ann Sackett, was born in Ash next Sandwich, KentG, in 1819 and baptized at St Nicholas, Ash next SandwichG, on 11 July 1819.1
     In 1861 Charlotte was living in Ash next SandwichG in the household of her brother Thomas, and was recorded in the census as Charlotte Cook, of independent means, single, aged 38.2
