Pearl Anna "Pearley" Sackett, daughter of Richard Jefferson Sackett and Ella May Johns, was born in Shelby, Oceana County, MichiganG, on 19 May 1892.1 She died aged 78 in Charlotte, Eaton County, MichiganG, on 15 May 19712 and was buried at Meadowbrook Cemetery, Mulliken, Eaton CountyG.3 She married in Hastings, Barry County, MichiganG, on 16 April 1919, Homer Waldron, son of William R Waldron and Ella Forester.4 Homer was born in Coldwater, Branch County, MichiganG, on 13 April 1895.3,5,6,7 He died aged 71 in MullikenG on 7 October 1966 and was buried at Meadowbrook CemeteryG.3
     In 1900 Pearl was living in Homestead Township, Benzie County, MichiganG, in the household of her parents Richard and Ella, and was recorded in the census as Pearl A Sackett, aged eight and born in Michigan.8
     In 1910 she was living in Homestead Township, MichiganG, in the household of her parents Richard and Ella, and was recorded as Pearl A Sackett, a servant in a private household, aged 17.9
     In 1920 she was living in Carlton, Barry County, MichiganG, in the household of her husband Homer Waldron, 24, a farmer, and was recorded as Pearl A Waldren, aged 27.10
     In 1930 she was living at State Road, HastingsG, in the household of her husband Homer, 34, a farmer, and was recorded as Pearlie A Waldron, aged 37. Living with them were their children, Ila, 9, Clara, 6, and Beulah, aged four.11
