Margaret Isabella Sackette, daughter of Samuel Sackette and Louisa Rebecca Chambers, was born in Ramsgate, KentG, in 1833 and baptized at St George's Church, RamsgateG, on 5 November 1833.1 She died unmarried aged 91 in Merton House, West Malling, KentG, on 21 October 1924.2,3
     In 1841 Margaret was living at Rose Hill, Ramsgate, KentG, in the household of her parents Samuel and Louisa, and was recorded in the census as Margaret Sackett, aged seven and born in Kent.4
     In 1851 she was living at Marine House, Ramsgate, KentG, in the household of her parents Samuel and Louisa, and was recorded as Margaret J Sackett, aged 17 and born in Ramsgate.5
     In 1861 she was living at 42 Tavistock Square, St Pancras, LondonG, in the household of her sister Ann and brother-in-law James Easton, and was recorded as Margaret I Sackette, aged 27.6
     In 1871 she was living at 2 Hoath Court, Blean, KentG, and was recorded as Margaret Sackette, head of household, unmarried, aged 37 and born in Ramsgate. Also in the household was a servant (gardener), William Anderson.7
     In 1891 she was living at High Street, West Malling, KentG, in the household of her unmarried sister Louisa, and was recorded as Margaret I Sackette, living on her own means, aged 57.8
     In 1901 she was living at High Street, West MallingG, in the household of her unmarried sister Louisa, and was recorded as Margaret I Sackette, living on her own means, aged 67.9
     Margaret proved her sister Louisa's will on 19 October 1907. Her estate was valued at £788.10
     Margaret proved her sister Mary's will on 13 July 1912. Her estate was valued at £1,381.11
     Margaret left a will which was proved on 24 November 1924 by a solicitor. Her estate was valued at £1,542.12
