Mary C Sackett, daughter of James Noble Sackett and Ursula Makepeace, was born in IllinoisG in about 1856.1 She married in Livingston County, IllinoisG, on 4 April 1880, James E Hopkins.2
     In 1860 Mary was living in Pleasant Ridge, Livingston County, IllinoisG, in the household of her parents James and Ursula, and was recorded in the census as Mary C Sacket, aged four and born in Illinois.3
     In 1870 she was living in Pleasant Ridge, Livingston County, IllinoisG, in the household of her parents James and Ursula, and was recorded as Mary C Sacket, at home, aged 16.4
