Clifford Wayne Sackett Sr., son of Winfield Scott Sackett and Sarah Pharmer "Sally" Abram, was born in Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaG, on 4 November 18871,2,3 and baptized at Trinity Church Oxford, Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaG, on 13 May 1888.4 He died aged 83 in PennsylvaniaG on 26 July 19711,5 and was buried at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler, Montgomery County, PennsylvaniaG.6 He married at Trinity Church Oxford, PhiladelphiaG, on 31 August 1912, Mary Edna Wright, daughter of Howard Wright and Sarah Anne ___.7 Mary was born in PennsylvaniaG on 9 February 1889.8 She died there on 12 July 19728 and was buried at Whitemarsh Memorial ParkG.8
     In 1900 Clifford was living at Oxford Turnpike, PhiladelphiaG, in the household of his parents Winfield and Sarah, and was recorded in the census as Clifford B Sackett, at school, aged eleven and born in Pennsylvania.9
     In 1910 Clifford was living at Oxford Pike, PhiladelphiaG, in the household of his parents Winfield and Sarah, and was recorded in the census as Cliford Sacket, a bookkeeper, single, aged 22 and born in Pennsylvania.10
     Clifford completed a World War I draft registration card on 5 June 1917. He was then aged 29 and was living at 6907 Rising Sun Avenue, PhiladelphiaG, with his wife and child. He was a bookkeeper at the Quaker City Rubber Company at 629 Market Street, Philadelphia.3
