Anna Isabella Sackett, daughter of Winfield Scott Sackett and Sarah Pharmer "Sally" Abram, was born in Frankford, Philadelphia County, PennsylvaniaG, on 28 October 18702 and baptized at St Mark's Episcopal Church, FrankfordG, on 26 February 1871.2
     In 1880 Anna was living in Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaG, in the household of her parents Winfield and Sarah, and was recorded in the census as Anna I Sackett, a schoolgirl, aged nine and born in Pennsylvania.3
