John Edward William Sackett, son of John Strood Sackett and Hannah Fagg, was born in Elham, KentG, in 1906.1 He died aged 25 in Southwark, LondonG, in 1931.2 He married in Greenwich, LondonG, in 1929, Jessie Reed.3,4
     In 1911 John was living at 45 Hayles Buildings, Elliotts Row, Southwark, LondonG, in the household of his mother Hannah and stepfather John Warman, and was recorded in the census as John Sackett, a schoolboy, aged five and born in Folkestone.5
