Henry Charles Sackett, sometimes known as Charles, son of Richard John Sackett and Alma Horwood, was born in West Ham, EssexG, on 3 July 19021 and baptized at Holy Trinity Church, Harrow Green, EssexG, on 20 July 1902.2 He died aged 80 in Waltham Forest, LondonG, in 1983.3
     In 1921 Charles was living at 56 Holloway Road, Leytonstone, LondonG, in the household of his parents Richard and Alma, and was recorded in the census as Charles Sackett, a milk roundsman, aged 18.4
