John Sackett, son of Thomas Sackett and Ann Moyse, was baptized at St John in Thanet, KentG, on 17 March 1730/31.1 He died before 1799.2 He married at St John in ThanetG on 22 September 1754, Amy Stone, daughter of William Stone and Mary ___.3 Amy was baptized at St John in ThanetG on 14 October 1735.4 She died aged about 63 in Hull, YorkshireG, and was buried there on 1 October 1799.5
     John was named as a beneficiary in his father Thomas's will made at St John in ThanetG on 19 February 1752.6 He was to inherit his father's house by reversion jointly with his sister Mary and brother Thomas after their mother's interest.
