George William Parmenter, son of Sumner Parmenter and Mary Scott, was born in NebraskaG on 1 April 1880.1,2 He died aged 47 on 10 July 19271 and was buried at Dyer Cemetery, Crawford County, ArkansasG.3 He married in Crawford County, ArkansasG, on 18 June 1910, Margaret A "Maggie" Henderson.1
     George completed a World War I draft registration card on 12 September 1918. He was then aged 38 and was a farmer living at Mulberry, Crawford County, ArkansasG.4
