Cecilia Miranda Sacket, daughter of Enoch Sackett and Parmelia Lampson, was born in Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, on 20 October 1846.1 She married there on 16 March 1876, James F Fowler, a farmer, son of Frederick Fowler and Fidelia Fowler.2 James was born in WestfieldG in about 1845.3
     In 1850 Cecilia was living in Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, in the household of her parents Enoch and Parmelia, and was recorded in the census as Cecilia Sacket, aged three and born in Massachusetts.4
     In 1860 she was living in WestfieldG in the household of her parents Enoch and Parmelia, and was recorded as Celia M Sacket, aged 13 and born in Massachusetts.5
     In 1870 she was living in WestfieldG in the household of her parents Enoch and Parmelia, and was recorded as Celia Sackett, of no occupation, aged 23, and born in Massachusetts.6
     In 1880 she was living in WestfieldG in the household of her husband James F Fowler, a farmer, and was recorded as Celia M Fowler, aged 32 and born in Massachusetts. Living with them was their son James, aged one.7
