Oliver Sackett, son of Pliny Sacket and Elisabeth Kellogg, was born in MassachusettsG on 9 July 1796.1 He died in Greene, Chenango County, New York StateG, on 7 February 1870.1 He married at Greene, Chenango CountyG, on 3 April 1827, Esther Wing.1 Esther was born in New York StateG on 2 May 1807. He died in Greene, Chenango CountyG.
     In 1880 Oliver's widow Esther was living in Greene, Chenango County, New York StateG, and was recorded in the census as Esther Sackett, head of household, a widow, aged 74. Her unmarried son John, 33, was living with her.2
